Fantastic pictures Greg. With ‘frosty morning’ did you use an artificial light source. Did you enhance the colour using a photo shop type program? I find ‘illumination under the surface’ positively magical–you must have some Celtic blood flowing in your veins.
Hi Paul. Thanks for the comments. Actually, I don’t know the first thing about photo enhancement. I downloaded a demo copy of Lightroom, but the demo expired before I had a chance to really try it out. All I ever really do to my photos is crop them. Although the software I use to crop them does have a one-button touch up setting, which only really works for removing the hazy glare that you sometimes get when shooting over water. I’ve wondered about the Celtic thing too, but my mother refuses comment.
Frosty morning-gorgeous! I know that you didn’t need to enhance that photo in any way. That makes it even more beautiful
Thanks, Michelle. I took that frosty morning picture this morning. It wasn’t what I had stopped to shoot, but it wound up being the better picture. Ain’t that always the way. Looking forward to your next post, my friend. Always look forward to those gorgeous pictures you take.
Another nice set of pictures but I really like Illumination in motion.. these types of pictures always grab my eye .. the frosty morn is beautiful because here in Fla., there are few and far between frosty morns
